Dan Radmacher hails from the Pacific Northwest, and originally came to southern California to study music. After graduation, he pursued a career in the record industry, ending up at Virgin Records and working with artists like The Rolling Stones and Janet Jackson. During that period, he began leading worship at Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena. Believing that God had different plans for his life, Dan left the record industry to attend Talbot Seminary, where he graduated in 2004 with his pastoral degree. His thesis, Experiencing Worship and Worshiping Experience garnered the Zondervan Outstanding Thesis Award. Dan continued leading worship at various churches in the area, and is now the founding pastor of Resonate Grace Church.
